Our recurring service program offers pricing discounts to those homeowners who need a handyman once a month to take care of minor repairs around the home.

Once a month, our recurring service customers receive service at a discounted hourly rate and no trip charge fee.

Our recurring service program works well for our clients who own large homes, homeowners with limited time on their hands, and elderly clients. The monthly service includes:

  • Perform All Minor Repairs - Perform all minor household repairs as needed.
  • Replace Blown Light Bulbs -Check all lights and change all blown bulbs.
  • Fire extinguisher - Check that it is fully charged and recharge if necessary, especially if you have used it recently. Be sure you have a fire extinguisher located in kitchen, garage, and basement.
  • Smoke detector - Check battery or indicator light and replace as needed.
  • Sink and tub stoppers - Flush with hot water and baking soda.
  • Garbage disposal - Check safety valve and steam pressure gauge and replace if necessary; check water level gauge and add water if needed; drain water until clear of sediment.
  • Water heating system - Test relief valve and replace if necessary; check pressure gauge and drain expansion tank if necessary.
  • Forced warm air heating system - Check filters and replace if needed; check air flow.
  • Evaporative air conditioner - Clean or replace air filter; clean condenser drain or evaporator coils and condensate drain; remove snow and/or debris from outdoor portion of unit.
  • Heat pump - Clean or replace filter; clean condenser and evaporator coils and condensate drain.
